Why does the freight cost show $1000.00?
This is by default. For any orders over 500 pounds we want to send your shipment out for bid to multiple LTL carriers and get you the best, up to the minute pricing!! Please call us at 877-387-2737 (877-38P-APER) to get your freight quote!
How do I determine what paper roll I need?
Whether it is thermal paper or carbonless paper, you can call us and we will be more than happy to cross-reference what paper you need using your printer make and model. Or you can follow the diagram below and measure your current roll.
How quickly can you ship my order?
We process most orders almost immediately. Orders received before 2:30pm Central time will be shipped the same day. Delivery time depends on your location, so please give us a call if you need specifics.
Are the restaurant crayons non-toxic?
Absolutely. These crayons are a premium non-toxic crayon. They are not the poorly constructed waxy crayons that break easily. Try either the pre-packaged 4 crayons/bag or the loosely packed bulk crayons and we guarantee you will be satisfied!
Do the paper roll product codes tell you specific information about the roll?
The Product Codes tell you the size of roll, the type of paper and the length of the roll. For example, the most common 3 1/8" Thermal roll is 230 feet long. That Product Code is 318T230. The first number represents the width of the receipt, 3 1/8", the T stands for Thermal Paper and 230 tells you it is 230 feet long. 3B165, would mean 3" wide, Bond and 165 feet long. 238TATM875 means it is 2 3/8" Wide, Thermal for an ATM and is 875 feet long. 3WC95 means it is 3" wide, WC means White-Canary, which is the color of the 2 ply paper and it is 95 feet long

Do you carry a generic printer cartridge or fax toner?
Yes, we carry both the brand name cartridge (i.e. HP or Canon), or for many printers there is now an equivalent generic version for substantially less money. These generic printer cartridges are not refilled cartridges, but rather a 100% guaranteed cartridge that meets or exceeds the brand name cartridge specified yield!
What if I can not find the item I am looking for?
If you are having troubles locating your item, please type any information you know in the search bar. For example you could use a model# or product reorder#. (i.e. Epson TMU200, or ERC 34, or 3B165). If this still does not help, or if you prefer, please call us at 1-877-38PAPER (877-387-2737) and we would be more than happy to help you. Some products we carry may not be listed here.
Are custom thermal, single-ply and carbonless rolls available?
Definitely. We can print up to 4 colors on a variety of rolls sizes or custom forms. Simply contact us at 1-877-38PAPER (877-387-2737) or drop us an email at sales@prosourcepaper.com.
Do you offer discounts on large volume orders?
Special pricing is available on bulk orders for thermal paper, printer ribbons, single ply bond and carbonless rolls, as well as the restaurant crayons.
